Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice. Every piece sold by House of Dwir is handmade in our Toronto studio and may have slight variations that are characteristic of handcrafted garments — these are not considered defects.
Orders & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. We accept payment through the methods available at checkout, all of which comply with PCI-DSS security standards through our Wix.com platform. House of Dwir reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
Shipping
Please refer to our FAQ page for full details on shipping costs, timelines, and tracking. House of Dwir is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs processing.
Alterations & Returns
We offer alterations within 30 days of receiving your garment. As all pieces are made to order and handcrafted, we do not offer standard returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dan@houseofdwir.com.
Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by their destination country. House of Dwir is not responsible for these additional charges.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website including imagery, designs, text, logos, and branding is the intellectual property of House of Dwir and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without our express written consent.
Limitation of Liability
House of Dwir shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item in question.
