Processing Time

Each House of Dwir piece is handmade to order in our Toronto studio. Please allow approximately one week for your order to be created before it is shipped.

Estimated Delivery Time Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7–10 business days depending on your location. A tracking number will be provided via email within 24 hours of shipment.

Shipping Costs

• Canada & USA: Free on orders over $100 CAD

• Europe: Flat rate $15 CAD

• Rest of World: Flat rate $30 CAD

 

 

Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Lost or Damaged Packages House of Dwir is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
