RETURN & EXCHANGE
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
If you have received your order and are unsatisfied with the fit or look of the item, we will be delighted to offer you a store credit within 14 days of you receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. The customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our office, and incurring the shipping cost.

Once we receive the item, you will be given a store credit of the same price as the returned piece. Store credits are valid for two years from the date they were issued. Unfortunately, we currently do not offer an exchange. If you wish to exchange, we ask you to go through the return process and order a new product using your store credit.

To return an item, please send an email to dan@houseofdwir.com and include:
Your full name.
The email address originally included on the order.
Your request as well as your order number.
An image of your receipt, and/or proof of purchase.

In the unlikely event that your items are damaged, defective, or incorrect, please send an email to dan@houseofdwir.com and include:
Your full name.
The email address originally included on the order.
Your request as well as your order number.
An image of your receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
An image of the damaged area of the item.

Prior to shipping, we ask you to please take pictures of the damaged item on a flat surface, with the tag with the defective area clearly displayed. We will use this information to best help you with your return, and eliminate errors in the future. Once your images are reviewed and approved for return, we will provide you with the shipping label to process your return.
